A Celebration of Polo and Camaraderie
The 121st edition of the Ambassadors Cup, the final event of the year, took place at the stunning grounds of La Ensenada in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This prestigious tournament, a highlight on the Federation of International Polo (FIP) calendar, once again brought together players from across the globe to celebrate the sport of polo and its spirit of camaraderie.
La Ensenada provided the perfect backdrop for this unique event, featuring its three magnificent fields and welcoming atmosphere. Players from diverse countries including the United States, Costa Rica, Mexico, Ireland, Poland, Uruguay, Spain, Singapore, Argentina, and Austria participated, making it a truly international celebration of polo.
The tournament was divided into three zones, with each zone producing a winning team:
- Zone A Winner: La Ensenada (E. Gutiérrez, F. Virasoro, R. Zurcker, M. Di Paola)
- Zone B Winner: Ascochinga (E. Cernadas, A. Ferrajoli, F. Allievi, V. Martínez)
- Zone C Winner: Ellerstina Costa Rica (H. Zurcker, F. Uranga, J. Quintana, M. Baghai)
