The Federation of International Polo (FIP) is the global governing body of the sport of polo. Founded in 1982, FIP promotes the international growth, unity, and regulation of polo across all continents. With over 80 affiliated national associations, the Federation works to ensure that the sport is inclusive, competitive, and aligned with international standards.
Mission
FIP’s mission is to promote the practice of the sport of polo worldwide to defend and ensure the spirit of fair play and moral fortitude, with the objective of forming the sporting attitude of gentlemanly behavior during and after the game, on the playing fields and wherever polo players should meet, to form one great world polo family.
